In an earthquake, flood or fire, internet and phone lines can go silent. Mesh SOS carries your location and call for help to nearby HivePet users over Bluetooth, without depending on any infrastructure.
1. Start the broadcast
Your location and a standard help message spread around you over Bluetooth. No internet or cell tower needed.
2. Phone to phone
Your call is relayed from one HivePet device to the next, extending the range by up to 10 hops.
3. People nearby find you
Your location appears on a mini map in their Mesh inbox, with directions to reach you. The call stays visible for 20 minutes.
Mesh SOS reaches HivePet users nearby; it does not replace emergency services (112). Sending requires Bluetooth broadcast support; devices without it can still listen.
Meet, talk and hang out without giving out your number
While other apps track you constantly, HivePet uses a privacy-first, proximity-based identity exchange. Stay in touch with someone whose dog gets along with yours, without sharing a phone number or any other personal data.
Connect when you're side by side
Your digital ID is shared only when you're physically close, over Bluetooth and GPS, with a match code both sides confirm.
Messages and video calls, no number
Chat and video call with your connections right inside the app. Your phone number never reaches the other person.
Nobody can bother you
Contact opens only once both sides connect. Excessive messaging is limited automatically, and your notes on contacts are visible only to you.
